Professional Biography & Balance Sheet Historical Highlights

• Became a licensed stockbroker in 1987.
• Graduated from the American College in Bryn Mawr Pa as a Chartered Life Underwriter in 1989. This course of study of the economic value of human life includes income taxes, economics, law, social benefits, group insurance, life insurance, estate planning & business planning.
• Began working with the Metropolitan Life worksite marketing division in 1989, working with large employers and unions giving presentations on employee benefits.
• Acquired The Balance Sheet from its' founder, Elinore Marinelli in June of 1994, expanding into the tax return preparation service.
• Acquired Triple Check Tax service in 1997, substantially growing The Balance Sheet into one of the largest independent tax return preparation services in Columbia County.
• The LEAP system becomes the official planning system of The Balance Sheet in 1999.

Community Services:

• Joined the East Chatham Fire Company in 1991 as a probationary, volunteer firefighter. I am a past Secretary and past President of the Board. I became Chief of the Company on September 11th, 2003.
